Vietnam
Mention the name Vietnam,  and most people assume you mean the war, forgetting the actual country.  I visited twice,  traveling and shooting photos from north to south and was delighted to experience such a refreshingly unspoiled and emerging travel destination.  
Now, over thirty years since the end of the war, it is a country at peace, with spectacular geography,  a vibrant culture, and genuinely friendly people.  Photography was a real joy and the images below are just a few of the many I have available.
